Dynamic working

Welcome to 台湾六合彩开奖记录鈥檚 Dynamic Working website, where you will find a range of information to support you in all aspects of Dynamic Working, including if you hold a managerial position

Operating dynamic working aims to ensure that we continue generating the vibrant and welcoming campus atmosphere that 台湾六合彩开奖记录 is famed for, while recognising that some colleagues find hybrid working beneficial in achieving a better work/life balance or improving their performance and productivity. For example, feedback from members of the Staff Inclusivity Group indicated that many staff with disabilities (both declared and undeclared) have found working dynamically to be beneficial to manage symptoms of their conditions which might sometimes have prevented them coming into the office. This has helped to improve wellbeing, inclusion and productivity for numerous colleagues who manage condition(s) that have a substantial and long-term impact on their ability to do normal day to day activities, which may or may not be known to their managers and/or other colleagues.

Dynamic Working describes working arrangements in which the working location and, to some degree, working patterns can be flexible from week to week. Dynamic Working is operated through informal arrangements between managers and their teams. This allows flexibility to adjust arrangements to suit both individual and business needs on a regular basis. It differs from flexible working, which is a fixed pattern of work on a regular basis that does not align to normal office hours, which has been requested by an employee and formally approved by a line manager and HR.

Typically, staff who choose dynamic working will spend the majority of their time working on campus but can also spend time working from home, e.g., a full-time employee may work 3 days on campus and 2 days at home. They may also, on occasion, vary the times of day they work to suit their own and/or business needs, although the total hours worked should be in accordance with their contracted hours.
