WHY DOES THE WORK NEED TO BE DONE
The work comprises the renewal of the felted flat above the club room to solve an ongoing leak.
HOW WILL THE WORKS AFFECT ME?
The programme for the works is as follows:
- Scaffold Erection - 16th – 18th September.
- Roofing Works - 19th - 26th September.
- Scaffold Dismantling - 27th – 30th September.
Access to the building will be maintained during the works period; however, there may be access restrictions when the scaffolding is being erected / dismantled as operatives will be working overhead.

16th – 30th September
Working hours are from 0800 to 1700.
