Description of the works
An immersion heater on a calorifier has become defective and needs replacing.
To carry this out, the calorifier will need draining and will take a few hours because of the volume.
While draining, the system will be isolated, and those in Core B will only have cold water at points of use.
As soon as draining is complete, the new immersion will be fitted and the system will be re-filled.
